Free Report Tracking Employer Demand for Green Jobs and Skills in Your Area

July 13, 2021 By Rob Slane

In a couple of recent pieces (here and here), we tracked employer demand for “green jobs” throughout the country, and we also hosted a webinar where we looked in more detail at how we can define what has been called the Green Economy.

We now want to dig a bit further into the topic by helping you understand a little more of what this means for your area. To this end, we’ve created a series of PDFs looking at demand for green jobs and skills in every LEP area and devolved government across the UK. These short reports use our Job Posting Analytics data to shed some light on the following questions:

  • How does growth in demand for green jobs compare to demand for all jobs in your area?
  • What salaries are employers offering for green jobs compared to all other jobs?
  • Which skills are employers in your area looking for when they seek to hire people for these roles?

To download a free UK-wide report, and to request a report for your area, click on the orange button below. In addition, you can also click on the purple button to register for our next webinar on the Green Economy, where we’ll be delving into our data to show in more detail how it can be used to understand employer demand for green jobs and skills in local economies.
