We’ve put out a lot of pieces in the past week using job postings data to look at employer demand since the start of the Covid-19 outbreak, including the effect it has had on occupations at both the 1-digit and 4-digit Standard Occupation Classifications, the regional effect, and the correlation between confirmed Covid-19 cases and the fall in demand. We have now built these datasets into a new dashboard, with data updated on a daily basis, so that you can keep up-to-date with the rapidly changing situation. You can access this here or by clicking on the image above.
But there is more. The dashboard itself shows national data, but we can also offer the same sorts of insights for your local area. In the first instance, we are offering a short, localised report, giving a snapshot of some of the data for your area. You can request your copy by clicking the yellow button at the top of the dashboard, or by clicking the image to the right.
We are also working on a new product — localised versions of the dashboard itself, which will allow customers to display the information for their area on their website. We’ll be giving further details of this later in the week.
Finally, watch out for our free webinar on Thursday 2nd April at 2pm, where we’ll be looking in detail about how you can use labour market data to understand and respond to this current crisis.
