We are delighted to announce the addition of two more members of our growing team.
Evie Young joined us back in June, taking on the role of Client Services Support. Since graduating from the University of Bradford in 2014 with BA Honours in Modern European History and Politics, Evie went on to provide technical support in the engineering and financial sectors including a role as a case handler at Bank of America, where she provided assistance with customer queries and complaints. As a result of her experience, she then began training and coaching new employees whilst co-ordinating the streamlining of existing procedures. Evie will be providing nationwide training and support to our growing client base, helping them get full use of our products and services. More recently, Duncan Brown joined us as our Senior Consultant. Duncan previously worked at the UK Commission for Employment and Skills, providing analysis and advice on work and the wider economy. As well as authoring a comprehensive overview of the labour market, Growth through People: Evidence and Analysis, during his last year at the Commission, Duncan was lead economic analyst for Sir Charlie Mayfield’s work with other business leaders looking at ways to increase productivity, How good is your business really? Duncan, holds a Masters degree in Economics from the University of Leicester, and has over a decade’s experience in public policy and research. He will lead our consulting work, applying our powerful labour market data to solve strategy problems facing colleges, employers, universities and economic developers.
