The Higher Education Strategic Planners Association (HESPA) annual conference will take place on 11th and 12th February at Loughborough University with Emsi making their second trip to attend and also present.
The title of the conference is “What have Universities ever done for us: Evidencing the universal benefits of Higher Education” with plenary sessions, panels, and workshops covering a broad array of topics that fall under the umbrella of HE planning. Jamie Mackay — our Business Development Manager for Higher Education — will be presenting a workshop titled, “Eureka: An academic portfolio informed by specific employment trends” where he will give insights into the class of 2015 and considerations for future cohorts of undergraduates. He will also be inviting delegates to explore new ways of planning a course portfolio looking not just at demand from students but also from employers.

HE Planning is of course a very broad category, but part of the mix includes various areas of Emsi involvement and expertise, such as curriculum planning, business development, market intelligence and economic growth. If you are attending the conference and want to find out more about how we might be able to support you in your role, please come and speak to Jamie Mackay or Rob Slane.
