Mark has over 20 years experience in sales, product development and senior management roles. Previously to FE Business, Mark was Vice Principal, Business Development at one of London’s largest FE colleges. There, he established the College’s commercial arm, The Skills People, and under his leadership it grew to be the most successful FE college business in London, growing to over 12,000 learners across 2,500 employers and winning numerous awards, including an AoC Beacon Award for Employer Engagement and a National Training Award in 2010.

Nick is Chief Executive of Corporate Agenda a multi-disciplinary advice and strategic change consultancy. He spent 3 years at Milton Keynes College as Deputy Principal & Chief Executive. He was a Director of The Work Foundation until 2008. Nick acted as an advisor to the High Pay Commission and now chairs the High Pay Centre. He has written about skills and skills policy including for the UK Government. His last book ‘The Good Work Guide’ was published in 2010. His new book HR 2025: What sort of world do we want? was published in early 2015.
