On the back of a very successful 2012, in which we established a dedicated UK presence, EMSI is pleased to announce some important updates for 2013.
First of all we would like to welcome two new team members. Anthony Horne joins as Business Development Manager for Northern Region and will lead our work across the North East, North West and Yorkshire and Humber regions. Jon Burnett is joining us from our American office as Customer Support Manager. Jon has been leading on Career Coach implementations for the UK from our office in Idaho, and is coming across to spend time in the UK helping customers make the most of their EMSI tools. Jon will be responsible for all system implementation, training and general helpdesk support for both Career Coach and Analyst.
The appointment of Anthony and Jon, alongside the existing UK team of Amanda Smallman (Business Development Manager for Midlands Region) and Andy Durman (VP for UK Operations), has facilitated a shake up that will help us improve our support. Jon will take on responsibility for day-to-day support and will be the first point of contact for any support matters. This includes training, user licenses, usage issues, system advice and Career Coach changes. Anthony (north), Amanda (Midlands) and Andy (rest of the UK) will take up the role of Account Director for customers dependent on their location. The Account Directors will continue to keep in close contact with customers and will be on hand to help Jon where they can.
With Jon primarily on point for support matters we can ensure that we provide a highly responsive and proactive support service to our customers through the coming year.
As well as personnel developments, EMSI will also shortly be upgrading all Analyst customers to a new version. Analyst 3 is nearing completion and we anticipate rolling this out to customers form the end of January. The new Analyst (a.k.a. ‘A3’) will incorporate an update to the underlying EMSI data, which will also be updated in Career Coach systems.
Before we migrate customers across to A3, and push the new data live in Career Coach, we will be making arrangements to take customers through the new features in person and discuss any training requirements.
We are really excited about these positive changes and how they will add even greater value to the use of our tools.
