Jon Burnett joins the EMSI UK team as Customer Support Manager.
Jon graduated from New Saint Andrews College (Idaho) in 2012 with a degree in Liberal Arts, but he has been working for EMSI in its Moscow headquarters since late 2011, helping further education institutions in the US and the UK make the most of Career Coach through implementation and training. Now he will be focussing on UK customers, helping them make the most of Career Coach and Analyst. Jon will be leading on implementations, training and helpdesk support for all UK customers.
Jon will be coming to the UK in late January and will be based from London.
Further details of a revised support structure following recent personnel appointments will be announced to customers shortly.
